Start your day quietly at The Museum of Modern Art, every Wednesday morning in October.

Meditation led by Light Watkins Wednesday, October 26th, 2016 @ 7:30am.

See your favorite works from MoMA’s collection, along with some that are rarely on view, all without the crowds. For these specially priced early hours, the fourth- and fifth-floor galleries will be open, and we encourage visitors to take time to look slowly, clear your head, silence your phones, and get inspiration for the day and week ahead. Enjoy the serenity of being surrounded by Claude Monet’s monumental Water Lilies, find space for personal reflection in the minimalist canvases of Agnes Martin, or see the sublime in the colors of Mark Rothko—to name just a few of the works you’ll get to experience during this intimate event.

A drop-in meditation space will be provided in The Agnes Gund Garden Lobby, overlooking The Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden, with guided meditation sessions closing out each morning from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

Admission: adults $12, seniors $10, full-time students with current ID $8, children (16 and under) free. Corporate Membership admission privileges apply. MoMA members enjoy free admission to this event and the ability to bring guests for just $5.
